Sets cluster I/O throttling parameters.
Synopsis
Sets cluster I/O throttling parameters (rebuild/rebalance bandwidth limits and background/foreground priority).
lbcli set throttling <SUB_RESOURCE> [flags]
Examples
# Set the rebalance TX/RX bandwidth limits (per instance, applied cluster-wide).
lbcli -J $JWT set throttling io --rebalanceTxLimit 2GiB --rebalanceRxLimit 2GiB
# Set the rebuild TX/RX bandwidth limits.
lbcli -J $JWT set throttling io --rebuildTxLimit 4GiB --rebuildRxLimit 2GiB
# Set the priority between background (rebuild/rebalance) and foreground (user) I/O.
lbcli -J $JWT set throttling io --priority foreground
