Creates a thick clone of a snapshot on another cluster.

Synopsis

Creates a thick clone of a snapshot: a full copy of the snapshot's data written to a new volume or snapshot on any attached cluster. The clone runs as a workflow; the command returns its workflow ID immediately and progress is tracked with 'icmcli get workflow' / 'icmcli list workflows'.
