Solved: For an ESXi with multiple NVMe/TCP adapters configured, the first connected adapter is used to provision a volume from the Lightbits cluster.
Attaching a volume will connect to all NVME/TCP adapters for all nodes in the Lightbits cluster.
Detaching a volume will disconnect all NVME/TCP controllers for the Lightbits cluster if there are no more connected volumes.
The maximum supported size of a Lightbits upgrade bundle increased from 900 MB to 3 GB.
