Control Disk Usage on the Disk Used by Lightbits Servers

The ETCD database used by Lightbits is highly sensitive to heartbeats; therefore Lightbits strongly recommends limiting the IO when using cp or similar commands that could hit the disk (e.g., SCP or FTP).
